We are pleased to offer a fair return policy to all of our customers. Many items, from janitorial supplies
to medical equipment, come with a manufacturer-standard warranty. Items
with this warranty that unopened or undamaged can be returned. For
sanitation reasons if the product is open we are unable to accept the
return. Acceptable returns are subject to a restocking fee and must have
an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please be advised that, any
other reason for returns are subject to a return shipping fee.
